Spec link broken?

Hi Steven,

I don’t know how you’re getting on in your fight with the GitHub APIs,
but I think the draft specification link on this page is broken:

https://github.com/invisiblexml/ixml

It links to

https://github.com/invisibleXML/ixml/blob/master/ixml-specification.html

And that now presents as the HTML source. I don’t know if you changed
the link or if you configured something differently…
