No test changes required?

Hello folks,

I took the new ixml grammar and updated my implementation to work with
it. Only two tests fail and I think both are caused by issue #57[1].
It’s interesting that none of the tests have element or attribute names
that contain a full stop. Since we plan to allow that again, I’m not
sure it’s worth writing one. (There are thousands of characters that we
don’t test in element and attribute names.)
