Sorry. Brain cramp. Today it doesn’t matter. But if we imagine using
prefix:localname in nonterminals as a mechanism for embedding namespaced
names in the grammar, I think it would become an issue. I persauded
myself it would, anyway. But I’ve been wrong before.
Irrespective of that point, if we imagine using colons as for
namespace-aware nonterminals, it’s going to be confusing if you can also
use it as a rule separator.
