Next, I’m going to go through and add assignees to the issues where I
think the issue is resolved but the work is not yet finished.

Mostly, that’s going to be you, Steven, but it will make it easy to see
what is and isn’t expected in the next draft. I hope.

If you resolve the issues with separate pull requests from your personal
fork, you can use “Close #xxx” or “Fix #xxx” in the PR description to
automatically close the issue when the PR is merged.
