Re: test packages using ixml-tests catalog files, for Steven's tests and syntaxtests collections

For the avoidance of confusion I should probably have said:  added to the 
directory ixml/tests/steven, in the Invisible XML github repository ixml.

Apologies to anyone who wasted time because I was imprecise.

p.s. Since Steven has updated his tests.zip file, I should say explicitly that
tests-SP-MSM is based on the tests.zip of 21 December, not the one
of this morning.  I made it a directory rather than a zip file to make it
easier to update.
