Serialization of dchar and schar

Hello,

I’m just starting to look at serializing the result of a parse, and my
thinking is being driven partly by the output I’m getting from the
parser, so perhaps I’m just thinking about it all wrong.

Why don’t the rules for dchar and schar need to be marked “-”?
