Action 2021-12-14: Steven to add his tests to github

Done.

Two zips: 
   tests: ixml tests that are expected to run to completion
   syntaxtests: tests of ixml syntax that may fail.

Each zip contains tests of the form:

   test.ixml: the ixml grammar
   test.inp: sample input for the grammar
   test.req: expected output for the test
