I haven't seen anybody complaining about mails from the issue tracker, 
but I also haven't seen anybody reply, so I'll try to give a bit more 
information.

The issue tracker for our WG is at 
http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/iri/trac/. A list of issues can be seen 
e.g. at http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/iri/trac/report/6. Other lists are 
available from http://trac.tools.ietf.org/wg/iri/trac/report.

You can comment on issues either on the mailing list or in the tracker. 
For the later, and for raising new issues, you need a login/password, 
which you can get at http://trac.tools.ietf.org/newlogin. If you have 
any questions, please feel free to ask.
