EU data act news: looking for insights

hello.

something that most of you probably have seen.

my apologies for slightly "misusing" this group, but i do have a 
request: https://youtube.com/ErikWilde is a channel where i post videos 
about API topics. it's most often to make people aware of certain 
developments or technologies. it's a bit of building up a community 
around the API topic.

what i was wondering: is there anybody here or would anybody here know 
somebody i could talk to about this new data act? i am looking for 
something with an API angle (i.e., somebody with a good understanding of 
the tech side of things), with somebody who knows the data act 
relatively well. the end result would be a video of 5-15min just 
discussing the topic to make people aware of it. overall effort should 
be no more than 1-1.5hrs.

my apologies again for slightly misusing the group, but i was thinking 
that if anybody would be the right people to talk to about these news, 
it would be this group and their communities.
