New cross-project mailing list about Network Money

Hi guys,

I created a new mailing list to discuss topics in the research field in
which Interledger plays a major role. We could call it "Network Ledger
Technology": the idea that money can be transfered across a network of
ledgers, by coordinating multiple smaller transactions (hops), instead of
actually moving any money.

I  wrote a blogpost (some of you already proofread it!) titled "Network
Ledger Technology: The First 15 Years",  in which Interledger is also
mentioned. See my post on the Network Money mailing list for the link! :)
