Interledger Routing Working Group Call - Wed, July 5 - 3pm UTC

We'll be discussing the current approach to routing in Interledger, open
questions, and current research.

The goals I'd propose for the call:

   1. Figure out if there's enough interest in starting a group within the
   Interledger community focused on routing
   2. Ideally find a couple of people who would be interested in
   facilitating such a group
   3. If there is interest, start figuring out some structure for
   collaborating (calls, shared docs, Github repo/issues, etc)
