Testing ilp-kit deployment and webfinger

I found the online client at https://webfinger.net/ very useful in testing
my ilp-kit config and ensuring that the webfinger service was setup
correctly.

Put your account identifier in to test, example:
adrian@zar-ilp.hopebailie.com
