Minutes from ILP CG Call - 13 January 2016

The first call of the ILP CG focused primarily on introductions and
understanding the use cases or other motivations that interested the
various members on the call.

The group resolved to:


   1. Investigate Slack as communications tool
   2. Arrange a face to face workshop for the morning (US Pacific time) of
   25 February
