Facilitator needed - Smart Contracts breakout at the ILP workshop

The agenda for the workshop has just gone up.

Apologies that it took a while but it was a challenge to fit everything
into just a morning session.

One thing I did to accommodate the small time we had was to setup a
breakout session. We couldn't do this easily as we have a LOT of people
participating remotely so lots of breakouts is going to be unfair on them.

Instead I have booked a large meeting room (can probably accommodate 20+
but might require some to stand) that has AV facilities that remote
participants can dial in to.

In the agenda I've set this aside for a Smart Contracts discussion which I
think is of interest to many in the group.

*Is there anyone that would like to facilitate this session and will be at
the workshop in-person?*

We can poll all of the participants on the day if the breakout is desired
at all but I think that's a little short notice to prepare some talking
points for a facilitator.

The goal is to steer the discussion toward tangibles that we can put on the
road map during the last session of the day.
