This pertains to the discussion of "point of regard" in the meeting minutes. A normative definition can be found in UAAG 1.0 (and correspondingly in the UAAG 2.0 working draft). http://www.w3.org/TR/2002/REC-UAAG10-20021217/glossary.html It isn't clear how this could enable the UA to distinguish, for example, a map displayed on a touch screen as the point of regard, unless there are two touch actions available, one that establishes the map as point of regard and another which performs an action (dispatches an event) at a point on the map. In general, UAAG is a good source of relevant definitions for user interface terms likely to be useful to this group.
