TPAC Planning come share your ideas!

Hi Everyone,

It's TPAC time again 😅

TPAC is an annual W3C conference of all the groups. It's an opportunity to
finish off some things that have been blocking the work and a chance to
meet other groups to discuss shared interests.

We are gathering ideas for what we want to do with our time please add

There are no bad ideas.

We will use everyone's input to produce the time table and reach out to the
different groups to arrange meetings.

We will go over the document at the Immersive Web Meeting on the 7th of
September,
