Immersive Web call time Doodle (PLEASE VOTE)

Hello, immersive web folks!

With the imminent creation of the Immersive Web Working Group, we've had a
number of discussions about how to rearrange the calls to best suit the
needs of the group and to avoid overloading everyone's calendars.

We've heard from a number of community group members that the 1pm Pacific
time slot makes it hard for members in Europe to attend.

So, here is the new plan for regular group calls:

* Maintain the every-other-Tuesday CG calls but move them earlier and
absorb the AR calls

* Use alternating Tuesdays for the WG calls, using the same early time slot
as the CG calls.

* Schedule sub-group topic calls (e.g. hot AR topics) as needed

We'd like you help picking the time slot on Tuesdays for these calls.
