This is a CFP to streamline the process of publishing working drafts and will mean less CFPs in the long run.
The new process is so that after a spec in the Working Group has published it's First Published Working Draft (FPWD) subsequent pushes to main on GitHub automatically update the spec based on the new content without needing a vote from the Working Group.
This will bring us inline with other groups in the W3C.
Please reply with any agreements, comments, criticisms, objections, concerns or approvals.
