RE: draft agenda: Joint IDCG-PWECG TPAC meeting, 13 Oct 2020, 2-4pm UTC

Thanks. Those look like great issues to address. I would love to learn what people feel they need training on. The CEPC training is more about exposure not about how to handle situations when they arise. I will make an edit to the agenda.

I have also been wondering about proposing a Diversity and Inclusion breakout. The proposed sessions [1] are all fairly technical, which will work for some people more than others. I am wondering if a DEI breakout is a way to get to more people. We don't really have many opportunities to reach the whole of W3C.

Thanks Tzviya, happy to take proposals for further revisions of the CEPC off the agenda.

In terms of training, there is the CEPC training that has been created, and it would be good to share that info with the IDCG, but do we want to expand this agenda item to look at other training?

The issues from the IDCG that I think would be worth considering...

Review our terminology:

Create inclusive language references:

Create WG welcome emails:

Create group specific info pages:

I wonder if we might add an item that focuses on inclusiveness. We spend a lot of time talking about diversity. What happens if we magically get a more diverse group next week? How will we make all our new members feel a sense of belonging?
