Delivery Italian Translation: qa-mono-multilingual

Hi Fuqiao,
I have finished the translation of the first page: Monolingual vs. multilingual Web sites (https://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-mono-multilingual ).

I read in the translation instructions page that I can return the translated file as an email attachment. So I am sending the translated article back to you as an html file attachment. If this doesn't work for you, I will try to make a submit request on Github.

In the hope that I have followed all W3C requirements, I look forward to hearing what you think about the text.

Thank you for your patience,
Kind regards,
Alessia
