Re: [zh-hans] Intention of translation

hello Huan Cui,

I see 3 significant issues:

1. you need to change the language setting in the html tag to read <html 
lang="zh-Hans"> (this will fix the 'ransom note' font issues i'm seeing)

2. you need to change f.thisVersion

3. you need to change the language attribute in 
../javascript/boilerplate-text/boilerplate-en.js to zh-hans (this will 
fix various titles and broken boilerplate text)

All these things are called out in the code.

Apart from that i'm not seeing anything that looks like an issue.

Fuqiao, what's your opinion? (Btw, i'm aware that the source needs 
updating to remove shims and some attributes, but i'll do that after the 
translation is ready.)
