Please note half of Siqin's photos are not Mongolian typesetting but vertical Chinese typesetting with Mongolian words embedded (PunctuationInMongolian06.jpg, PunctuationInMongolian04.jpg, PunctuationInMongolian05.jpg ).
Mixed text typesetting is complicated, but it's still important (and usually we're still able) to tell which script is the environment and which embedded. It's not helpful to simply say Mongolian uses all Chinese punctuations.
