RE: Overide #2

Siqin, Jirimutu,
There will be  some variation between our font implementations around U+1833.
You will see this from the Ishida font comparator site.
Let’s wait until we get to U+1833 for the discussion.
It would seem that given the change to the over-ride rule for 1828 medial, we are agreed on a spelling as Siqin has given except for the disparity at U+1833.
Jirimutu, if you are using Windows 10/Baiti, I think you can disregard the concern for N+FVS2 – that will most likely change, given our discussion, to just N.
There is no question about 1823+FVS1 unless you want to debate whether it is an 1824.
But there will be some debate at U+1833.
