jlreq github issueトリアージ

　そろそろ年末で、来週にJL-TFの今年最後の（であろうと思われる）ミーティングが予定されていま
す。というところで、これまでjlreq-dの目次案を開発する段階などのjlreq-dで取り扱うべき内容のissue
がjlreqにたくさん登録されていて分散してしまっている状況や、かなり古くからのCSSなどの外部からの
質問のissueがたまっているという状況もありますので、jlreq-dが本格的に稼働し始めたこともある現状
を鑑みて、
・外部からの質問(以下の3.)などを一度ミーティングでさらって、回答するか閉じるかできればいいかなと思う
・jlreq-dに特化したissueはjlreqからjlreq-dへ移動するのはどうか（unicodeでの文字クラス、jlreq-d特有の議論）
ということを考えているとともに、jlreqを対象としたissueについては、コンテンツをある程度触る
errata的なモノについてはひとまず決着をつけて、最終更新をリリースしてしまうのはどうか、と思っ
ております。

# なお、jlreq-dを開始するにあたって、「jlreqを拡張する」というのは行わないという方針にした以上、
「jlreqへのエンハンスメント的なissueはjlreq-dに移行せずにそのまま残しておく」という処理は現状で
は取りえないという理解です。
