このように，（3）及び（５）は（2）の配置方法と同じ，（4）は（1）の配置方法と同じと考えてよい．そこで，（3），（4）及び（5）の配置処理は，（1）又は（2）の配置方法を参照してもらうこととし，ここでは，（1）及び（2）の配置方法を説明する．
