Re: English version of simple-ruby

   We've merged updated translated text per new Japanese version, and remaining issues
are in progress.

- issues targeting this release with PR (will be merged shortly; simple updates)
   - Assign ID to each note part and list item https://github.com/w3c/simple-ruby/issues/22
   - unify lay over / hang over https://github.com/w3c/simple-ruby/issues/23
   - change "inter-letter spacing" into "inter-character spacing" https://github.com/w3c/simple-ruby/issues/24
- issues targeting this release, comment welcomed
   - Terminology of ruby https://github.com/w3c/simple-ruby/issues/21
- marked as future
   - better to add reference to JLReq for background information https://github.com/w3c/simple-ruby/issues/19
     (existing pointed items will be performed in this release?)
   - Update display for part with "JIS X 4051 [[JISX4051]]" https://github.com/w3c/simple-ruby/issues/25
     (no idea as for now)
   - Leave room for manual overrides https://github.com/w3c/simple-ruby/issues/14

 日本語版の更新に追随しての英語版のアップデートのPRをマージしました。
 ということで、最終的なリリースに向けての作業を進めています。詳細な残タスクリストは上記のリス
トをご覧いただければと思います。(上からPRが既に存在するもの、このリリースをターゲットにしてい
るが議論が必要な項目、将来のリリースに向けての項目です)

 1点用語についての議論ですが、ルビ文字と親文字の英語の用語をどうするかというのがissue 21で議
論されています。来週早々には決めてPRを立てる準備をしたいところなのですが、コメントありましたら
お願いします。いまのところ、"ruby string" / "(ruby) base string"という案が出ています。
 また、用語や背景についてJLreqの該当する部分へのリンクを入れるという件については、すでにここ
は必要とリストされているところについては早急に対応できればと思っております。全体を通読しての箇
所のピックアップは将来版でかな、と。
