LC comments - current state

Hi all,

This is the current state of our last call comments. We have 42 open
comments. That includes the editorial ones from i18n core.

The following overview contains also resolutions I gathered from
minutes. If you disagree with them, please tell me so until Monday
morning (Japanese time). Otherwise I will go back to the commenters with
our resolutions. That includes i18n core comments which we agreed upon
at our last call.

I marked open i18n core comments with I18NCORE. We have 18 open i18n
core comments left. I think we should concentrate on them in the next
meetings.

And - if I have missed s.t., please correct :)
