Hi Sebastien, Don't know if you saw my note to Martin. We will commonly use just the right side of the title for referring to the document. The left side is a series title. 'XML formats' on it's own is not very informative. That's why we are thinking of 'Internationalizating XML Formats...'. Note also that the document addresses two audiences, schema developers and content developers, which is why we came up with the full title "Internationalizating XML Formats and Content". The proposed title therefore, on its own, indicates much more clearly what it is about. hth RI ============ Richard Ishida Internationalization Lead W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) http://www.w3.org/People/Ishida/ http://www.w3.org/International/ http://people.w3.org/rishida/blog/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/ishida/ > -----Original Message----- > From: public-i18n-its-request@w3.org > [mailto:public-i18n-its-request@w3.org] On Behalf Of Sebastian Rahtz > Sent: 12 July 2006 15:24 > To: public-i18n-its@w3.org > Subject: Re: Proposed title change for the best practices document > > > "Internationalization Best Practises: Internationalizing XML > Formats and Content" is a bit redundant > > I would say > > Internationalization Best Practices: XML formats > > > -- > Sebastian Rahtz > > Information Manager, Oxford University Computing Services > 13 Banbury Road, Oxford OX2 6NN.
