Decisions on Issues

Hi all,

In order to make things move a bit quicker, I'd like to 'formalize' our decision process a bit more: We will have a set of issues at
the end of each week's teleconference on which we will make a decision during the next teleconference. The week can be used to
discuss the issues. The idea is to be close to a consensus when the teleconference arrives, and give the people who cannot make the
teleconference a chance to participate to the discussion.

For the next teleconference we have 4 issues:

--- Mandelieu Proposal 05: (Mapping or not for translate and dir)
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-i18n-its/2006JanMar/0329.html

--- Mandelieu Proposal 07: New precedence rule
(This is conditional to having mapping)
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-i18n-its/2006JanMar/0347.html

--- Shall we keep locInfType or not?
http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-i18n-its/2006JanMar/0332.html

And one more (Felix will post soon a proposal on this to start the discussion thread)
--- Issue #2923: "Possible conflicts between schemas and instances"

So, we will make a decision on these 4 items during the Wed-22 teleconference. They will be the first 4 items in our agenda. In the
coming days Felix and I are going to try to set priority to the open issues in Bugzila so we can just move down the list every week.

All this does not prevent us to work/discuss other topics obviously :)

Cheers,
-yves
