Hi Richard, all, sorry for the late reply. I like many of the change proposals from Richard. However, I don't want to rewrite the same section several times ... How about splitting the tagset draft like this: - We will have a very extended non-normative section on how to use the ITS tagset. - We will have normative sections which are only targeted on implementors: schema designers and ITS "processor" developers. These sections contain no examples, only normative definitions. - Both parts refer to each other. This makes the parts for each target audience clearer.
