Recent changes to the tagset draft

Hi,

Here is just an update on what has recently in the tagset draft:

-A lot of changes to get rid of in situ usage of selector attributes ...
-Inserted Christians section 3.1 / 3.2.
-Added description and markup declarations for <ns> element
-Changed conformance section
-Changed mapping examples, so that they use an <ns> element
-Changed the markup declarations. All lists of values are now separate  
data types.
