Data category span element

Hi all,

Is there a reason that we don't have a span element yet in ITS? I think it  
is rather simple to solve, and I would propose

- to have an element its:span, which has the same attributes as  
its:documentRule.
- to have the content model as text, but to make clear that this should be  
changed to fit into a schema, e.t. to refer to a group of "inline" or  
other elements.
