Oriya Text Rendering Problem

Hi Colleagues,
Though Oriya text is displayed using Arial Unicode MS but, there is rendering problems on left affixed vowel signs (e.g., ଦେଶ ). Whereas, Utkal font can move the glyph for the 2nd character to the left of the base consonant.
Arial Unicode MS needs to address such rendering problem on Indian languages e.g., Oriya.
