Re: XPath 2.0 in ITS

there are some incompatibilities between XPath 1.0 and XPath 2.0, see
https://www.w3.org/TR/2010/REC-xpath20-20101214/#id-backwards-compatibility
these may be of minor relevance for most use cases.
