David, Christian and I had an informal chat. Outcomes:

2) we discussed xliff validation - Felix is to check schematrons and nvdl for xliff 2.1 core

3) we discussed http://www.w3.org/TR/mlw-metadata-us-impl/ <http://www.w3.org/TR/mlw-metadata-us-impl/>
and the general feeling was: make this a historical document, i.e. publish as a note. It would be good to have an overview of implementations and usage scenarios, but we may lack the resources.
