ITS2.0 ontology comment text

Hi Guys,
Attached is a short Word table where I've attempted to provide text for 
the attributes and two classes we identified in the ITS2.0 ontology. I 
took the the data category definitions (provided in the table for 
reference) and the text in the spec for each data attribute, and tried 
to provide a comment for each property that could be understood 
independently of definition of the overall data category. This is 
because the data categories themselves are not in the ontology, just 
that attributes.

Also, I tried to use the convention of using the phrase 'annotated 
content' when referring the to text being annotated with the ITS 
attributes. That leaves the door open to the ontology being used in 
other ontological representations of content, in additional to NIF 
string, in the future.

Any comments or suggestions welcome, use word revision marks if that 
makes sense, or I can put it up on the wiki also.

We can discuss this at the next call and then use it to update the ITS 
2.0 ontology. We also probably need some ontology specification level 
comment. I'd be interested to integrate this into a tutrle version of 
the ontology so we can move to a HTML specification, perhaps generated 
by a tool like LODE (http://www.essepuntato.it/lode).

I'd also be interested to hear from Jirka and other if this 
per-attribute text might be useful for the ITS attributes web platform 
docs that Jirka started at
