ITS 2 mapping to XLIFF 2

Hi all,

I've started to fill out the https://www.w3.org/International/its/wiki/XLIFF_2.0_Mapping page.

All data categories are now listed. But the content is at different stage:

- TODO: indicates a placeholder or copy of the 1.2 mapping 
- UNDER CONSTRUCTION: the edit for XLIFF 2 is started but not ready for review yet
- TO REVIEW: ready for review (IMO)

If you have time, please look and comment on the TO REVIEW entries.

And obviously you are more than welcome to work on the TODOs as well.
If you do so and have entries unfinished, please mark it as "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" with your initials so we don't step on each other
edits, and when it's ready, mark it as TO REVIEW.
