RE: BCP Guidelines for XLIFF, WAS: ITS rules for OpenDocument

Thanks for the pointer, Rodolfo.  I will have a look at the XLIFF site.  I would think that extending them to XML docs decorated with ITS markup would be very useful.  Are there any other major resource formats that are missing?
