XmlHttpRequest Review

Hi,

I had the action item of looking at the latest draft of XmlHttpRequest:

I have looked at http://www.w3.org/TR/XMLHttpRequest/ from the viewpoint of ITS and I don't think there is any ITS-specific aspects
that needs to be addressed: XmlHttpRequest can be seen as a non-XML container that encapsulates XML data. Those XML data are
arbitrary and not related to the XmlHttpRequest specification.
