Chaps, http://www.w3.org/International/tutorials/bidi-xhtml/ has been in review for a long time while I tried to address the comments people sent in. I have finally done so and published a new version of the tutorial. I'd like to publish and announce it (and remove the draft status). Please let me know by next Wednesday if you have any objections or comments. If there are none, I'll assume it's ok to go ahead.
