I just uploaded the day's efforts at the new look techniques index, as discussed last night. Go to http://www.w3.org/International/technique-index and follow some links related to language tasks (eg. Choosing language values). (Most impressive if javascript is turned on - but not necessary). Note that it includes a category that is *not* dealt with by the techniques document (Styling by language), but that fits in perfectly. Now we need to continue adding links...
