Chaps, I have created a new version of the article "Language tags in HTML and XML" that describes the new world order of RFC 3066bis. My plan is to relegate the existing version to historical document (still accessible), and replace it with this at the URI. http://www.w3.org/International/articles/language-tags/ I have copied the text of the proposed new article to a wiki page at http://esw.w3.org/topic/geoLangTags Please take a look and add any comments you feel necessary. I'm not sure whether to release this soon or wait until RFC 3066bis has it's own number. I'm inclined to release asap. Note that I've pitched this at content authors, web designers and others wanting to get a general overview and enough of a practical description to use the basic features of RFC 3066bis. In my mind, that will normally mean understanding how to use language, region and occasionally script tags.
