First, the text doesn't speak about animals, and 'a different animal' may not be familiar as an idiom to some people, in particular if they are not of English mother tongue. Second, it's 'A character' (and then 'a(n) animal'), but then suddenly 'All'. All what? If it's all character entities, then why not just say so, would be a lot more readable. Regards, Martin.
