Uploaded a new version. Still some work to go. http://www.w3.org/International/geo/html-tech/tech-lang.html New in this version: - change marks only for changes made since telecon last night - changed references to sections to start with "Section X: " (uses externalised strings in the XML) (in spite of what I said last night, Susan) - added short-titles to techniques, and made all ids point to that rather than the technique summary - enabled linking to techniques from the text - changed references to other techniques to start with "Technique X: " - changed 'meta' to 'Content-Language meta' throughout, were appropriate - changed 'text processing language' to 'text-processing language' throughout - made tooltips appear on icons - various other edits discussed last night, and improvements to xsl and css Still need to work on clearly separating 'how to' from 'commentary' text, and 'pros' from 'cons'. Still need to fix missing techniques from level 2 of toc. And some more bits and bobs. And still need to read some comments (eg. Najib).
