MINUTES W3C I18n GEO Phone Conference 5 feb 2003 Present: Andrew, Lloyd, Richard (chair, scribe), Russ, Steve, Tex, Martin Regrets: None New Actions ============ ACTION: RI to discuss comments on Steve's proposal for 3.1 off-line ACTION: RI, set up an area on the W3C site for people to post proposals, and give people access.
