Preparing to Re-approach Stakeholders

Greetings All,

Quite a while without an message. I can say here that I have had no updates
to offer on my side.  I have had some thoughts on punctuation that I'll
share in separate emails.  With the holidays past, I'm hoping to resume the
effort to execute a survey of stakeholders.  I've reached out to the
Ethiopian Writers Association to see if they would be interested to help
execute it (contact a past president).

Identifying stakeholders and obtaining contacts is a small challenge.  I've
had very limited response by email.  Many addresses I found would bounce
back, or no response would come which may be the result of spam filters,
the recipient moving on, or lack of understanding of the issue.  Most of my
outreach was in July 2015 when the ELReq document was much less
illuminating.  I'll recontact the same parties again now, but I really
expect that in-office visits are going to be required to fully communicate
the ELReq goals and objectives.

If anyone in AA is available to visit an office, I would recommend starting
with the "Ethiopia Printers & Publishers Association" which appears to
still be active and would be able to raise the topic with its membership
(which in turn includes many of the others in the lists below).
