I have looked over the survey. There were some very interesting phenomena that were new to me. My general suggestion would be to change the binary choices to more open choices with write-ins. Often, there is a question "is it A or B", and the answer might be "mostly A for newspapers, but often B for books" or some such. Regards, Martin.
