Parts of a Book

Off the top of my head, please correct and add any others:

አርእስት - Title
??? - publisher identification section
ማውጫ - Table of Contents  (optional)
መቅድም - Forward  (optional)
መግቢያ - Introduction
??? - Body
መጠቁም - Index  (optional)

Layout, formatting and style rules may change depending on the part of the
book.  For example, if a book is using western numbers for page numbering
in the body, it might use Ethiopic numbers through the end of the መቅድም and
start page 1 at the መግቢያ.

A follow up to this would be to identify the parts of a page.
