"Backwards deletion": ready for WG review?

In today's teleconference I mentioned that I had updated the QA document
about cursoring and backwards deletion (an action item of long-standing). I
think this document is ready for working group review. 

 

I put the wrong link in our minutes! The improved version is in my repo and
includes a "try it in your browser" set of fields. Check it out here:
