[ Internationalization Working Group ](https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/i18n-core/calendar)A meeting between some members of the I18N and CSS working groups to discuss open issues. In our call of 2022-11-22 we agreed to hold these monthly on the ~third~*fourth* Tuesday @ 0700 UTC

[@fantasai](https://github.com/fantasai) notes that this meeting is currently on the same day as the AC member meeting, leading to a loss of sleep. Assuming that folks are cool with the time and day of week, I'm moving to a week later each month. Please object loudly if this does not work for you.
